Possible Workshop
Mar 07, 2007 — We are trying to organize a harp workshop with Carl Johnson. If there is enough interest, we will hold it at our May 12th meeting. An email has gone out to all members, so please respond back indicating your availability for May 12th and if you are interested in attending. The workshop will include how to work with lead sheets and music theory. We may have time to cover another subject so please also send your suggestions for workshop topics. ..more »
Upcoming Harp Conferences
Sep 06, 2006 — Great Lakes Harpers will be holding their biennial folk harp conference in DeKalb, IL October 6-8, 2006. The conference will be held in the Music Building on the Northern Illinois University campus. The Southeastern Harp Weekend will be held in Asheville, NC October 13-15, 2006.
