First Performance is Scheduled

Mystic Strings Harp Circle will be playing its first performance at Rest Haven West in Downers Grove, IL. We will play a concert for the residents of the nursing home on November 6, 2004 beginning at 10:00am. The repertoire will consist of 5–6 songs that we have been practising over the past few months. Approximately 10 of our members plan to participate.
Percy, the Activities Director at Rest Haven West, was quite excited when we volunteered to do a concert for the residents.
Rest Haven West is located at 3450 Saratoga Grove, Downers Grove, IL. Performers are requested to meet in the Main Entrance Lobby by 9:30am. A map can be found on the Rest Haven West Contact Web Page. Rest Haven West is located near the intersection of Highland Avenue and 35th Street. The intersection is located between 31st Street and Odgen Avenue. From Highland Avenue, you want to turn WEST on 35th Street and take that to Saratoga Road. Turn right at Saratoga and the nursing home is on your left. Use the first entrance and park in that lot.
